R & D School of Dance is a registered dance school professionally owner-operated by its principals, Donna Smith & Renee O'Sullivan.
Opening in 2007 with just 30 students,
our R & D family has grown to
over 100 students in 2009.
Classes are held throughout school terms in the South-Eastern Sydney suburbs of Botany & Malabar and are designed to offer children of all ages & abilities the opportunity to learn & develop co-ordination, flexibility, team work, confidence, and dance terminology, in a fun and safe environment.
All classes are taught by the principals, maintaining high teaching standards, and consistency & familiarity for children.
Donna & Renee have over 25 years dance experience including tap, modern jazz, theatrical jazz, ballet, and hip hop, and still regularly take classes to keep updated with the latest styles and techniques.
R & D prides itself on small classes, limiting all preschool classes to 12 students and junior classes to 14 students, ensuring the most effective and safe learning environment for every child. This year we have three preschool classes & three junior classes to accomodate the number of enrolled students, so no child gets lost in the crowd.
R & D offer affordable fees and an exceptional 50% discount on tuition for siblings (see fee policy for details).
